Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and adherence to these terms.
Life's Precious Memories will replace items, which are in some way defective in workmanship or materials. You may return it within 20 days of receipt of package. We cannot replace, exchange or refund any custom made orders. (Custom orders with defective material or workmanship are not excluded from return or refund. However, if the custom appication is not the fault of Fadra's Finds or it's suppliers the item would be excluded from a return or refund.) Take time to make sure the spelling for any name items are correct before ordering. All customer order are subject to approval from Life's Precious Memories before completion of sale. Orders cannot be cancelled after finalizing your order.

If item is damaged in shipping, please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of package for information to return item. A return authorization number will be issued and must be noted on returned package.
No returned product will be accepted with prior authorization.
Returns must be in original box with all packaging materials, all product materials along with product and copy of the invoice. Please state the reason for the return on the invoice or another piece of paper. Products not in new condition well be rejected and shipping costs will be charged to purchaser.
We will replace the item or give you credit towards another purchase.
Life's Precious Memories will not accept any returns that have been damaged by the customer. Any products with alterations, use or wear, laundering, or damage occurring after the item leaves our facilities will void our liability to accept the return of such item. Any such returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
